RETURN POLICY

Purchasing art is a unique and personal experience, and your satisfaction is my top priority. I want you to feel completely happy with your purchase.

If You’re Unsatisfied with the Artwork

Please notify me within 14 business days of receiving your artwork.

Repackage it carefully in its original condition — ideally using the same packaging.

Once you contact me, I’ll provide the return address.

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Please note that any customs fees paid are non-refundable.

After I receive the artwork in its original condition, you can choose between:

  • A refund, or

  • A replacement piece of equal or lesser value.

 

If the Artwork Arrives Damaged
Please contact me immediately with clear photos of the damage — this helps me file a claim with the shipping company.

You may then choose either:

  • A replacement piece, or

  • A refund (customs fees are non-refundable)​
